Our Yoga instructor and physio team work together to adapt the traditions of yoga to your needs focusing on flexibility, posture and relaxation.

Pilates and Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists and pilates instructor work together to improve patients posture, core strength and flexibility related to your injury.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy

Treating conditions such as, pregnancy related pelvic pain, Stress/Urge incontinence, Rectus abdominus divarication.

At Advantage Physiotherapy Ltd, we aim to help you get better and stay that way.
